Architect
Mr. Dominelli's forensic experience in support of construction defect litigation covers thousands of residential and commercial properties in the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Texas and New Mexico. His project investigations performed as an architectural expert have been on behalf of both defense and plaintiff clientele, including but not limited to Developer / General Contractors, Subcontractors, Design Professionals and Homeowners. He has directed a diverse and broad range of forensic investigations for large scale multi-family projects constructed by nationally based residential developers to single family residential and commercial tenant properties. In addition to forensic work, Mr. Dominelli has provided analysis and prepared reports and findings for numerous personal injury cases, insurance loss claims and delay claims. Mr. Dominelli has often participated in mediation proceedings in support of dispute resolution. Deposition and trial testimony have also been provided.
