Spring time has arrived, and we can hardly believe that a quarter of the year has passed us by.  The CORE team has been very busy with inspections at numerous projects, but with the addition of a number of new experienced professionals, we have increased our capacity to handle your case and/or project.  Please don't hesitate to contact us to ensure we have you on our calendar today!!

Recent Results

A San Diego real estate developer had just completed a beautiful urban infill multi family project along with their chosen general contractor, when a disagreement arose regarding the quality of some of the newly constructed assemblies, as so often does in the industry.  The two firms had just about arrived on the steps of the courthouse, when CORE was called in to help.  CORE took a neutral view of the case, objectively reported their findings, and successfully helped mediate the dispute, with both parties walking away with the confidence that things were settled fairly and amicably.  CORE Consulting Group can handle all aspects of construction disputes, and at any point in the case, so please don't hesitate to contact us for all of your construction claims needs!
